His ability to bridge innovation and business makes him a key contributor to digital transformation across the film, streaming, and media technology landscape.

Brian Prather is a global technology and operations executive, Army veteran, and founder with deep expertise in generative AI, film technology, and scaling high growth organizations. A  retired Sergeant First Class, he served from 2003 to 2013 in joint task force operations, leading global missions and managing multimillion dollar budgets. In the private sector, Brian has scaled startups from seed through Series D, including Flawless and Paxos, and has led AI driven innovation across film, localization, and performance capture for major studios including Netflix, Apple, Amazon, Universal, and Warner Bros. He is a nationally awarded talent leader, recognized as GI Jobs Magazine’s 2021 Veteran Champion of the Year, and holds multiple IMDb credits across film and television projects. Brian brings deep expertise in global operations, talent, and venture scale execution.

Andy Horwitz is a film/television Producer and Entertainment executive with nearly 20 years of experience in the Entertainment business who produced such hit films as American Hustle, Suicide Squad, and Triple Frontier. For almost two decades Horwitz served as Executive Vice President of Charles Roven’s Atlas Entertainment where he produced tent pole films, independent features, television series, and podcasts for both the traditional studio system as well as the independent film business, which collectively generated billions of dollars in revenues and worldwide critical acclaim. During Horwitz’s time at Atlas, they produced five of the top 100 grossing films of all time. In 2022, Horwitz launched Big Swell Entertainment, one of Hollywood's first Producing collectives, where he has several high-profile films in development.

Darrell Rodriguez is a seasoned executive and trusted advisor to founders, boards, and investors navigating critical inflection points. Over the past three decades, he has led global entertainment companies, scaled startups, turned around distressed businesses, and guided mission-driven organizations to sustainable growth. His career includes leadership roles such as President of LucasArts, CCO at International Game Technology (IGT), COO at Electronic Arts and senior positions at the Walt Disney Company. In addition to his corporate track record, Darrell has served as CEO and COO for high-growth ventures in the wellness, biotech, and technology sectors, bringing operational discipline and strategic foresight to complex environments. Known for his calm authority and ability to align diverse leadership teams, Darrell combines strategic clarity with disciplined execution.

David Thompson is a seasoned advisor with a career focused on guiding manufacturing, service, and technology companies, healthcare practices, and individual principals through the full lifecycle of business growth and transition. His work spans business organization, capitalization, governance, regulatory compliance, and operational strategy, with a particular emphasis on helping founders and leadership teams make informed, durable decisions. David earned his law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law and has extensive experience structuring and executing private securities offerings and financing transactions. Known for his practical, detail oriented approach, he brings clarity to complex deals and long term strategic planning.

Tom Granberg is a visionary film, immersive, virtual, game, web, and broadcast VFX production veteran with over three decades of experience and a profound understanding of ML/AI capabilities who today is focused on incorporating machine learning and artificial intelligence alongside other cutting-edge protocols. Tom has seamlessly integrated ML/AI concepts into creative projects, offering invaluable insights and streamlining efficiency throughout the production pipeline. Tom continues to push the boundaries of creativity. As CEO of TurnPost, he works to showcase the transformative potential of ML/AI in VFX production, while finding ways to revolutionize the film industry and democratize film production for filmmakers of all backgrounds.

John Cooper has over 30 years of experience launching, steering, and turning around businesses from startups to Fortune 100 companies. John is a former private equity investor focused primarily in the technology and bio-technology sectors. He holds an MBA in Finance from NYU and a BS in Computer Science from Hofstra University and founded and grew a profitable retail solar energy company from 0 to 20,000 customers and 172 Megawatts within 12 months during the pandemic. He also founded a New York State power company that saw net profits increase from $160K to $3.6M in less than four years, and drove the acquisition, development, and sale of a $325 million resort and casino at 4.7X ROI.
